ABOUT ME

Asa's Story

Asa Payne is a wife, mom, & Army Veteran. She is a Murfreesboro native. She attended Riverdale High School and went onto to MTSU to pursue a degree in Psychology with a double minor in criminal justice and mental health service. She joined the TN Army National Guard, where she served 8 honorable years as a Paralegal and Human Resources Specialist. She met her husband in 2016 in the Guard. From there they had 3 beautiful children: August, Amari and Amani. Real estate "fell in her lap" after her husband deployed and the opportunity to pursue her real estate license just made sense. She obtained her license October 2022, and the rest is history.

Her Values

Asa witnessed her mother navigate divorce, the stress of active duty Army assignments, and single parenthood. But, in spite of the challenges before her, she proudly bought her first home in 2005. This was Asa's first account of the importance of home ownership. In 2011 her mother was able to secure her second home, and now had rental property to add to her portfolio, and she has continued to grow from there!

Asa, at an early age, was taught the importance of owning property and building generational wealth. Her passion to serve her clients and get them to the closing table started at an early age.
